Some Additional Information To Answer Any Questions...

Where can I buy tickets for CTC shows and events?
Because we are a small theatre, our very friendly ‘box office’ is facilitated by our friends just around the corner at:

The  Carnoustie Fobel Shop, 1-3 Park Avenue, DD7 7JA.
Further enquiries can be made by contacting the shop on 01241 853659 for all ticket availability and sales.

Can I pick my own seats?
Yes, the Fobel Shop will hold a seating plan that will allow you to select from available seats.

Can I get my tickets refunded?
Unfortunately we cannot refund tickets, however, we would encourage you to let The Carnoustie Fobel Shop know as soon as possible if you are holding pre- paid unused ticket/s should someone else wish to arrange to buy them from you given the already limited number of seats available in our small theatre.

Does the theatre have a direct telephone number for various enquiries?
We do not currently facilitate this, however, we can easily be contacted for general enquiries either through our Secretary or please locate our Facebook page by clicking on the ‘f’ link at the bottom of this page and send us a message; we will reply to your enquiry as soon as we can.

Can I buy Tea and Coffee at the theatre?
Tea and Coffee is made available during the interval at the show and served in the Foyer. Please be sure to pre- order and pay for your drink with the F.O.H staff before the show begins.

Can I buy Alcohol at the theatre?
Yes, the theatre has a license to sell Alcohol; we can offer Red or White Wine and a small selection of beers. Only drinks sold on the premises can be consumed within the theatre.

Can I buy anything else at the theatre?
We often sell Raffle Tickets before the show starts so be sure to bring your small change 😊

Is there always an interval during shows and how long is it?
In most cases, there will always be a designated interval of 15- 20 minutes and you are welcome to either remain seated in the auditorium or socialise in the Foyer; during this time aside from serving tea, coffee and drinks, we will also draw the raffle; remember to pick up anything you have won before vacating the theatre 😊

What facilities do you have in place for disabled visitors to the theatre?
The theatre and auditorium is accessible at ground level. We have 2 toilets located in the Foyer; one with disabled access equipped with grab rails, sink lever operated taps, low level mirrors and a pull cord alarm. We can accommodate 1 x wheelchair user space within the auditorium; there is also an Induction Loop System installed.

Fire Exit Information:
There is a clearly marked Fire Exit within the auditorium located on the right hand side, wheelchair accessible, leading out into the car park. There is a further Fire Exit located to the rear of the stage on the right hand side, not accessible for wheelchairs, leading out to the car park.
