| Scottish Community Drama Association | SCDA is a voluntary organisation founded in 1926. It works to promote all aspects of community theatre in Scotland. Our members are over 1,200 individuals and theatre clubs throughout Scotland. SCDA is a community based organisation and operates through 24 District Commitees throughout Scotland. Geographically, these are grouped in four Divisions: Eastern, Highland, Northern and Western. At a national level SCDA is run by the General Council through several committees we employ 3 members of staff in the National Office for administration and arts development.
