Since its creation in 1954 by a handful of enthusiastic amateur players, HAODS' membership has been growing from strength to strength, with members bringing a variety of theatrical experience with them. The early days were fraught with financial constraints, but nothing could dampen the desire to “put on a show”. The Society's now traditional bi-annual productions have not only become more diverse, but challenging too, as each year our experience grows and we attract more talent, both on stage and behind the scenes.Downfield Musical Society
